Winnie Nemeth graduated from The Ohio State University and has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Education and a minor in Equine Science. She worked for Purina Mills as an Equine Specialist for six years in the metro Detroit area. She also successfully managed her 10 acre horse farm in Saline, MI for ten years where she placed over 40 Standardbreds a year for New Vocations as well as doing all track, expo and educational events for New Vocations in Michigan from 2004 to early 2010.

Upon moving back to Ohio, Winnie has worked in the Marysville, OH office for  New Vocations doing updates, applications and numerous equine expos, the annual charity show and the Little Brown Jug Benefit for the past three years. Winnie and her husband raise and show Quarter Horses. They have adopted two TB mares who have produced a Congress Reserve Champion, and numerous futurity winners and point earners. As the daughter of a fifth generation Standardbred trainer, she has a deep love for harness racing and promoting Standardbreds beyond the track!
