Te D’etat is an adorable baby horse we call Tater Tot. His registered name of Te D’etat means “state of you” in French. He is a happy go lucky baby whose only concern is making sure he eats all of his food. If you only give him a handful of grain at feed time because you are getting ready to ride, he is just devastated and begs his neighbors for scraps. Tater Tot cleans up most of his hay every day and is a pigpen in the stall. He is in the middle of the herd and like most his age, loves to play. He does not have any stall vices.
Under saddle, he is a very well started youngster with a willing to please attitude. Tater travels on a loose rein and picks up both leads nicely. He is quite straightforward and does not tend to spook. He is best suited for an intermediate or advanced rider because he can still have the rare baby day and get excited, but when he is in a consistent routine he is on the lazier side. Tater Tot will be suitable for lower level jumping and flatwork.
