“Sis” is a real looker with a big, sporty build and a soft eye. Sis loves to be up close and personal with her turnout buddies, but she is not an aggressor– she likes to be in the middle of the pack. Sis is also always the first one to greet you at the gate when it’s time to come in.
Sis in unfazed by the most situations, showing exceptional courage in new or potentially ‘scary’ situations, even under saddle. She has gone over ground poles and even some small crossrails.
Southside Sis stands well for the vet, farrier, and even for clipping– which is no big deal to her at all (even ears!).
She would do best with an advanced rider who is confident but who also has a soft hand. She is happiest when she is trained with a relaxed approach and would flourish with someone who can continue her progress as a sport or trail horse.
