Flashy and only four years old, “Nana’s Boy” has been loved his entire life by his owner and breeder. Nana’s Boy was trained as a two and three year old but was not showing the speed needed to be a top NY racehorse, his owner sadly contacted New Vocations to get his favorite horse the opportunity to shine as a riding horse. Patrick is eager, curious and “in your face” kind of a horse that has loved learning to be a riding horse. This 15.1 dark bay trotter is happy to go where you ask him and willingly does what is asked of him. He has loved going over the trail bridge we have at the barn and is a point and go kind of horse. He retired sound and has no injuries and lovely legs. He is a beautiful mover under saddle, prefers to trot and is going to be a great show horse, trail and or family horse. Being that he is four, if in a good training program he could easily be taught to canter and would make a lovely dressage or hunter/jumper. Patrick is great for the farrier, loads, crossties, longes, stands to be mounted and easy to have around. We are so excited to see what the future holds for Nana’s Boy! He has unlimited potential!!
