Bill of Rights is the goofball of the barn, he has no shortage of personality! We call him Billiam, like William, but with a “B”. He is extremely neat in his stall and has only 2 spots that he likes to poop. One is by the back door of his stall and his other occasional spot is in his hay. He will play with anything in reach including his friends and loves some halter tag in the field. He is almost always first to the gate because Billiam wants to be in your pocket and in your face. He would happily follow you around all day. He does not have any stall vices.
Billiam is a regally bred FULL brother to the stallion Colonel John. He wasn’t blessed with the speed of his brother but he sure was blessed with heart! This horse will try his heart out for you like he did in each of his 43 starts on the track. When he came to New Vocations we gave him several months of turnout to just let down which he enjoyed, but he was thrilled to go back to work. His face lights up when he sees you coming to his stall to work with him (and what a stinking cute face it is!). Billiam is a steady and brave ride who loves the trails and is so engaged with people he would excel at natural horsemanship. He is looking for a low key trail home and wants to be the best friend to an intermediate rider.
P.S. Bill is used to being aware of the kitten in his longe video as he frequently visits his stall. Also, the angle of the video is an optical illusion as there was much more space at all times than it appears. The kitten is named Monster because we simply cannot contain him!
