Lexington, Ky. – January 6, 2018 – During Keeneland’s January Sale, second session hip #758, a half-sister to G1 Jockey Club Gold Cup winner Diversify will be selling as a broodmare prospect with all proceeds going to support New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program’s aftercare efforts.
Owners of Eisaman Equine, Dr. Barry and Shari Eisaman, donated the 2015 Data Link daughter out of Rule One to New Vocations last fall. With the filly’s recent pedigree update, both agreed capitalizing on her value and raising much-needed funds for the aftercare program was the best course of action. Rule One 15 was appropriately named Charitable Link and is slated to sell on Tuesday afternoon.
“We are very grateful for Barry and Shari’s generosity. They are some of the nicest people I know and have been supporting our program for over ten years. We’re hoping for the best on Tuesday and that buyers will also feel generous when bidding, knowing that the funds will go to help retired racehorses,” said Anna Ford, New Vocations Program Director.
Charitable Link will be consigned by Four Star Sales and available for viewing starting January 7th at 8 a.m. in Barn 18. She will sell later in the day during the second session on Tuesday, January 9th.
